The Great Wall of China (Wanli Changcheng) is the world’s largest man-made structure, 8,850 kilometers in length, and 21,196 kilometers, according to a new archaeological survey. The city walls, whose construction lasted for centuries and spread over the ages, are among the most famous and touristic places in the world and are among the research topics. This trip, which includes information about the Great Wall of China, which is easy to visit from Beijing, as I did, contains answers to questions such as why the wall was built, who built it, how long it was, its history, where, how to get there, and whether it would appear from space.

Where is the Great Wall?

The Great Wall of China In the north of China, the giant defense walls extending in the east-west direction begin on the shore of Po Hay Bay and extend westward past the vast geography. It spans 15 provinces of the country. It travels from the Shanghai Pass in Hebei province to the east to Jiayu Pass in Gansu province in the west.

How to get to the Great Wall of China? travel Guide

I have some bad news for you; Unfortunately, to go to the Great Wall of China, you have to go all the way to China. Before you answer the question of how to get to the Great Wall of China and give travel guide notes, you can find out the time of departure from the capital on the map below. Badaling, Juyong Pass, Huanghuacheng, Jiankou, Mutianyu, Gubeikou, Jinshanting, Simatai and Huangya Pass can be visited easily and daily. 630 kilometers of the city walls are located in Beijing .

Mutianyu Walls – How to get there

Mutianyu Walls can be preferred for an easy Chinese Great Wall tour from Beijing. From the Dongzhimen bus station in the city center, you can take the 916 Express (full CNY 12 CNY, Beijing Transportation Card and CNY 6, Chinese Yuan Yuan, Renminbi) or take the 916 bus at Huairou Beidajie stop on Huairou North Avenue, then h23, h24, h35 or h36 The bus arrives at the Mutianyu Roundabout junction and walk 450 meters to reach the ticket sales office. The full ticket costs 45 yuan, children over 60 and 25 yuan to children, free of charge to children taller than 120 inches, I was amazed at what a wonderful pricing.

Great Wall of China – transportation.

From Beijing Central Station ( Beijing Huochezhan) to the Mutianyu Walls, you can go to Dongzhimen Station by taking the subway number 2 and take the surface to exit 916 Express bus.

How to get to the Great Wall of China? Travel Guide.

You can walk up to half an hour if you want to climb the walls, or if you want to save your energy for sightseeing or to reach a higher point, you can take the cable car to Tower 14. I suggest you use the cable car like me, because you will have already walked quite a bit up the hill and the view from the cable car cabin is beautiful.

The 5,400-meter Mutianyu Suru was first built by the Northern Qi dynasty (550-557). The patriots of the Ming Dynasty, renowned for their patriotism, Tan Lun and Qi Jiguang rebuilt the fortifications, strengthening their defense potential.

Where’s the Great Wall?

The city walls have been the northern protection shield for China for generations, defending the capital and the tombs of the emperors.

Mutianyu Walls, most of which are made of granite slabs, have a height of 7 to 8 meters and a width of 4 to 5 meters. Some of the trench walls are not rectangular but saw-tooth shaped. Under the trench walls, there are curved square gratings on the top, unlike traditional round gratings.

Unlike Badaling Walls, which are always overcrowded, Mutianyu is often secluded and more impressive. I would go to Beijing more than once and if you have enough time, I recommend both, and only Mutianyu. There are restaurants in Mutianyu but it is quite expensive by Chinese standards, I ate the egg soup which is the cheapest thing on the menu, here is the photo: Chinese cuisine

Transportation to Badaling Walls

To get to Badaling Walls, Deshengmen is a 5-10 minute walk from Exit B2 exit of Jishuitan metro station of metro line 2 and you can take the bus number 877 departing from 06:30 am to 12:30 pm. This direct bus, which costs 12 yuan and lasts for 1 hour, needs to walk a bit from the last stop or go with a pulley car.

Great Wall Badaling sightseeing map of China.

Another transportation option is the number 1 tourist bus that departs from the southwest of the Qianmen Arrow Tower on the south side of Tiananmen Square. There is a guide on the tour bus which costs 20 yuan; it leaves every half hour and takes 100 minutes.

There is also the bus number 919, but it takes a long time because it stops at many stops. If you want to go by train, you can take the S2 train (6 yuan, 1.5 hours) from Huangtudian station, get off at Badaling train station and walk for 15 minutes or take the free shuttle bus from the station to the cable car.

Badaling Great Wall is 7.6 kilometers long. Ticket costs 45 yuan, cable car 40 yuan. There are restaurants, fast food chain restaurants, hotels, the Great Wall Museum, a cinema with circular screens and shops.

The world’s largest structure of its visitors are very famous, such as US President Barack Obama, British Prime Minister Cameron, Argentine soccer player Diego Armando Maradona, the Los Angeles Lakers NBA superstar Bryant, Israeli Prime Minister Rabin, Russian President Vladimir Putin, Romania ‘s Prime Minister Dascalesc of South African President Mandela, the Cuban State President Castro, King Carlos of Spain .

Why was the Great Wall of China Built?

The Great Wall of China was laid by more than 20 kingdoms during the Warring Principalities of China (770 BC – 221 BC). Chu, Qi, Yan, Wei, Han, Zhao, Qin built the first sets on their borders to protect the kingdoms from each other. Qin, Zhao, Yan kingdoms were built to stop the attacks of XiongNu, DongHu, LinHu, Hiung-nu and protect the northern borders of the country. China’s first Emperor Qin Shi Huang decided to protect the north of the country with an insurmountable defensive wall.

There are different views on why this gigantic construction was built and its purpose; defending the borders of the country against the attacks of Mongol and Turkish tribes against China from the north, especially Hiung-nu ; to punish the captive rulers of the principalities destroyed at the end of long wars in exile and heavy works; avoid escapes from the country; to show the public and the country that the country is united under one rule.

Why was the Great Wall of China built?

Paris is one of the most popular cities in the world that tourists visit every year. Located next to the Seine River, this magical city is also known as the City of Lights. The reason for this is that wonderful view of the city lights at night. This passionate city is regarded by many as the most beautiful city in the world, with its flower-filled parks, dazzling architecture and exciting atmosphere. I think it is a city that leaves a mark even if it is not.

Of course, romanticism is another thing that comes to mind when you say Paris. The city was always marketed and settled in the minds. The Avenue of Champs-Elysees is a place where couples walk hand in hand, where romanticism reaches its peak. If you are alone and you resist to enter that atmosphere, Paris may feel cold and boring. I liked every street that I visited on foot until I was without a walk.

Paris’ main elegance boulevards, cafes, elegant boutiques and exquisite restaurants; It is located on the Seine, in its romantic appearance and of course in its art. If you don’t live here, the taste that Paris will leave on your palate is lacking.

Paris Travel Guide

Paris, the capital of France, is located on the Seine in northern France. Paris, also known as the world capital of fashion and luxury, is an ornate city full of historical buildings. It is also home to the Louvre Museum, the most famous museum in the world.

The Louvre Museum and the Eiffel Tower , one of the most famous icons in the world, have made Paris the most visited city in the world.

The French really know how to enjoy life, so that their capital is the most beautiful representative of this culture. The French are strictly committed to their own culture and especially to their language. Their legacy is legendary. Although it is easy to find English speaking French, it is not easy to communicate. Get information from tourism information offices when you need them.

Things to Do in Paris

The most famous places to visit in the unforgettable city of Paris are the Eiffel Towerand the Notre Dame Cathedral . Especially when the seasons are summer, you understand that tourists are the most preferred time to visit. Step into the streets of Paris, as other artists, intellectuals, philosophers, and lovers do.

Try to understand the subway and bus system. The distances between places can be far away. It is best to get a metro map to get to the places you will see by metro.

1. The Louvre Museum

The Louvre Museum is still one of the most important museums in the world. Even if you wait a long time to see Mona Lisa, which is the most popular work of the museum, where it takes literally days to visit, you realize that it is worth your ordeal. After all, it’s one of the most famous paintings in the world.

Louvre Museum, Europe ‘s best paintings and sculptures as well as Asia, Egypt, Greece, and also showcases priceless artifacts from Rome. Don’t forget to see the Milo Venus, another of the Louvre Museum’s most famous works. The museum is closed on Tuesdays and public holidays. Monday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday are open from 09.00 to 18.00, Wednesday and Friday are open from 09.00 to 22.00. The entrance to the Lourve Museum costs € 9,5.

2. Eiffel Tower

Although the Eiffel Tower was found by the Parisians when it was first opened, it is not so today. When the Eiffel Tower was completed in 1889, it was the tallest building in the world with a length of 320 meters. Built in memory of the centenary of the revolution, the tower has since become the symbol of Paris. From the top of the tower, which has a total of three floors, you can see all of Paris and even its suburbs on clear days.

3. Notre Dame Cathedral

Notre Dame Cathedral , which has gothic architectural features , is a historical building whose construction started in 1163 and completed in 1345. The cathedral, which has three doors attracting attention with its different architectural beauties, also hosts a very large church organ. Watching Paris from its towers is also a pleasure.

4. Orsay Museum

As an art museum, Orsay Museum is one of the most valuable museums of Paris where many important works are exhibited. Although each work in the museum is a masterpiece, there is also a large collection of sculptures. visit if you have time.

5. Palace of Versailles

The Palace of Versailles , the largest palace in Europe, consisting of a group of palaces and pavilions , reflects all the characteristics of the royal period as the political center of France. Only the number of rooms is one thousand three hundred, which is very large structure, giving you a full day to visit. It is an enormous building with its extraordinary garden, incredible interior decorations and the Mirrored Gallery, which is covered with four hundred mirrors, which are seventy-five meters long.

6. Basilica of the Sacre Coeur

Scaré Coeur (Sacred Heart) , a Roman-Byzantine church built on the top of Montmartre, almost dominates Paris. The church was built in memory of Jesus’ holy heart after the Prussians conquered Paris in 1870 and found blood in the capital of civil war.

The exterior of the church is strikingly white, as the Chateau-Landon stones used outside the building turn white as they age. On the contrary, it is decorated with colorful mosaics.

7. Montmartre

Montmartre is located on a hill about 130 meters high in the north of Paris. This hill has a paradoxical framework with both a religious meaning and a popular nightlife. The Sacre-Coeur Basilica is the most prominent monument in this region.

Pierre de Montmartre is a church that dates back to the basilica. It is also the place where Jesuit priests were founded. Many artists such as Vincent van Gogh, Pablo Picasso and Salvador Dali had work places there.

8. Arc de Triomphe

Champs-Élysées, one of the most beautiful and luxurious streets in the world and one of the first places that come to mind when Paris is mentioned, is a 2 km street that starts with Place de la Concorde and ends with Place Charles de Gaulle at the other end.

This street where you can dine with quality food, restaurants, cafes and many shops and witness the luxury life of Paris, ends with Zafer Takı.

9. Arc de Triomphe

Arc de Triomphe , located in l’Étoile, a star-shaped square where many streets meet, is the victory monument of the First Napoleon. In order to observe the geometric structure of the connecting streets, it is necessary to climb to the top of this triumphal arch by elevator.

10. Church of Sainte Chapelle

Sainte Chapelle , named after its architect and completed in 1242 and completed in 1247 , is a structure that has survived to the present day without any changes thanks to its restoration.

11. Opera Garnier

The Opera House , where art events have been held since 1875 with a capacity of two thousand two hundred people , is shown among the masterpieces of the Neo-Baroque style. Opera, with busts of famous composers, bay windows and interior decorations, is one of the most magnificent buildings in Paris.

12. The Luxembourg Garden

The Jardin du Luxembourg is regarded as one of the best examples of Renaissance garden design as an oasis in the heart of Paris. The park has more than 100 fountains, statues and monuments dedicated to queens of France, mythological figures, artists and female saints. Rest your feet in the Luxembourg Garden, the most beautiful park in the city.

13. Museum of Modern Art Pompidou

Pompidou has the most striking architecture of Paris. Pompidou’s magnificent building, built by architect Richard Rogers, is home to the modern art museum. In the center where Matisse, Picasso and other Cubist, Fauvist and Surrealist works are exhibited, there is even a museum of Picasso’s own works.

14. Place de la Concorde

Place de la Concorde , one of the most well-known squares of Paris, is remembered from many film and photo frames with its twenty-three meter high obelisk. The square, one of the landmarks of the French Revolution, where many executions and bloody events took place in the past, lies to the east of the Champs-Élysées.

15. Disneyland

At Euro Disney , one of the biggest entertainment centers in Europe , you can watch the parade of Disney heroes, take a mine train in Frontierland, cross the bridges, reach the peaks of entertainment, then watch the Pirates of the Caribbean.

Combining fairy tale heroes with many activities such as horror tunnels, film shows, animations and fireworks, Euro Disney offers a different experience, restaurant, cinema and live shows.

The French are closely linked to their own culture and especially to their language. While exploring the city, it is possible to find people who understand and speak English in almost all of the tourist spots, but if you need to communicate outside the tourist spots, even if you speak French or ask for help or ask questions, the local people will be more interested and sympathetic.

Nightlife in Paris

Paris is a city full of pleasure and pleasure. That is why every little detail should be enjoyed when you go. Sit in a café or bistro and enjoy coffee and croissants, walk around the shop windows, grab a baguette bread from the market and snack as a pre-dinner snack; Enjoy your dinner with great pleasure.

Sit in the street cafes of Germain Des Pres and Marais and dive into the nightlife at Rue Oberkampf in the evening. After shopping at Rue Du Faubourg, Saint-Honore and Avenue Montaigne, visit Rue Montorgueil.

Paris is one of the most reliable cities in Europe in general. However, as in any major city, there are some important points to consider here. The Seine Saint-Denis district, as well as the 18th and 19th Regions, are the poorest districts of the city, known for their drug dealers. Stay away from these areas both during the day and at night.

The name of some of the bars and nightclubs in the Montmartre, Moulin Rouge and Place Pigalle districts is remembered for the exorbitant price tricks they set up. Therefore, if you are going to a place in any of these areas, ask for the price of your drink in advance and even take your drink directly without having to open an account at the bar.

Paris eating and drinking

The French capital is also the starting point for the famous French cuisine. Paris is also known for its many famous restaurants which satisfy the palate tastes of the visitors and which are famous for their cuisine.

Art that adds meaning to life and makes life more livable is the most fundamental element that makes Vienna Vienna. The most beautiful reflections of art from painting to sculpture, from music to architecture have permeated the streets of the city. Therefore, the days spent in Vienna turn into a feast for the eyes and minds longing for such beauties. There are so many things to see and do in this city of two million people that people inevitably get surprised. There are more than 100 museums in Vienna, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List. The streets look like architectural open-air museums. When music, shopping and food and beverage are added to all of these, those who come to this city should make good travel programs.

Cultural journey …

Belvedere Palace and the Museum of Fine Arts must be visited in order to travel to Vienna’s artistic and architectural past and to understand the cultural spirit of the city. Belvedere Palace, built in the 17th century, is also a museum where the best examples of painting art are exhibited. Besides being one of the best examples of the Baroque style in the city, the fact that the works of the legendary painter Gustav Klimt are exhibited here makes the palace even more important. Klimt’s famous painting “Kiss” is the masterpiece of the museum. The museum also exhibits the works of many famous painters, especially Egon Schiele. First of all, the museum has the largest Pieter Brueghel collection in the world, and it is possible to see the works of many famous painters such as Raphael, Rembrandt Harmenszoon van Rijn, Albrecht Dürer and Peter Paul Rubens in the museum’s halls. The Leopold Museum is one of the prominent museums of the city. The world’s largest Egon Schiele collection is located in this museum. Hundreds of Austrian modern painting can also be seen in this museum. Among the many Art Nouveau buildings lined the streets, the best example is the Secession House. known structure. Built in 1898 by Joseph Maria Olbrich, one of the representatives of this style, the building is used as the Art Nouveau Gallery. However, Art Nouveau falls short to describe Viennese architecture in general. Viennese architecture emerged with the blending of Baroque, Gothic, Art Nouveau and Modern architecture.

World music capital

The first thing that comes to mind when you think of Vienna makes itself felt everywhere in the city. You can see special costumed concert ticket sellers in the most crowded spots of the city. Vienna is literally the music capital of the world. An average of 10 thousand people go to a classical music concert every night. Of course, the majority of them are those who come to visit Vienna. Many concerts from classical music to opera are performed in dozens of concert halls every night. Although there are so many concerts, it is not easy to find tickets for the halls. The house where Mozart lived between 1784 and 1787, one of the best known names of classical music, has been transformed into a museum with the name Mozart House today. Various items and objects belonging to the composer are exhibited here. It is even guessed that he composed “Figaro’s Wedding” in this house. Guided tours are organized for Gustav Mahler, another famous composer of the city. In the tours organized under the name of “Mahler’s Vienna”, places where the composer lived, loved and spent time are visited.

Coffee and wine culture

It is possible to find traces of coffee culture, which is as famous as classical music in Vienna, all over the city. But I guess coffee is an excuse in Vienna, just like we do. Here, too, the heart must want to chat that historical coffeehouses offer people wonderful and beautiful environments. The coffeehouses, most of which are at least 100 years old, have survived to this day without spoiling their original decorations.
Nobody has put tiles on the walls and turned their chairs into plastic. You go to Vienna just to spend time in these cafes. When you think of Vienna, coffee immediately comes to mind, but wine does not. However, this is not the case at all. Delicious wines are produced from the grapes grown in the vineyards around Vienna. Restaurants in Vienna have managed to develop their food culture by blending local cuisine and world cuisine. In addition to the food to be eaten in these restaurants, I recommend you to try a local wine.

We’ve put together everything you need to know to plan your trip to Thailand on a tablet: What kind of

We’ve put together everything you need to know to plan your trip to Thailand on a tablet: What kind of trip can you expect? What cities to visit, where to prioritize, the best beaches, the best time to travel to Thailand, what to do according to your interests, nightlife, schedules and of course cost, we have gathered them all:

Than thailand
Monuments in Thailand
Best seasons in Thailand
What to do in Thailand
Thai dishes
Nightlife in Thailand
Prices in Thailand
Transportation and visa
home

WHAT IS THE LOCATION OF THAILAND?

Cheap, vibrant, exotic, young and alive
Whether you are looking for luxury or hiking, Thailand is a country that can satisfy all tastes and expectations. Families send everyone home with big smiles, from couples looking for romance to college students. But the truth is that the best age to live in Thailand is 20 years old. Because people over 20 come here from all over the world. They represent a significant percentage of the tourist population. Tourism is highly developed in this country, it is a place where those with little experience abroad will feel at ease.

If you’re a tourist looking for interesting and authentic places to visit, Thailand’s popularity, amenities, and crowds can be frustrating. In this case, you may prefer Northern Thailand (Chiang Mai-Pai-Mae Hongson pages). It will also be very interesting to move to Burma from there and continue.

Famous islands and beautiful beaches

Perhaps the best part of Thailand is that there are islands and beaches that are suitable for both sea lovers and activists. Phi Phi Islands, Ko Pha Ngan, Koh Samui, Ko Tao, Ko Lanta, Phuket … some are perfect for diving, some for a luxury vacation, some for parties. They all agree that they have a beautiful turquoise sea.

Great dive sites

We encourage you to add yourself to your list of things to do in Thailand. Because there are excellent dive sites for both beginners and professionals. The prices of the courses are also acceptable for those who have never tried it, for those who want to dive or obtain a diving license. There are many diving schools on the island of Koh Tao on the shores of the Gulf of Thailand, especially for beginners. Surin and the Similan Archipelago, on the shores of the Andaman Sea, are considered one of the best dive sites in the world. The island of Koh Krandan is ideal for diving every day.

A paradise for adventure and outdoor activities

Thailand is a paradise for outdoor activities! From swimming in deep blue plankton to learning Muay Thai, safaris in national parks where tigers still live, to stunts in a circus, these are all different and exciting activities. November is a great time to go rafting and hiking the falls. March marks the start of the kitesurfing season. Hua Hin is very popular for kitesurfing, Pranburi, Phuket, Krabi for rock climbing. In Koh Tao, Sanghlaburi, Pattaya, there are many adventure parks where tourists can swing like a monkey in the trees. Kanchanaburi is also famous for kayaking and zip lining.

Center of History and Culture

Ancient ruins, Buddhist temples and shrines are the main cultural assets of the entire country. There are many magnificent religious buildings throughout the country. A guided tour of the Sukhothai and Ayutkhan ruins, both on the UNESCO World Heritage List, is a classic. The best examples of Buddhist architecture can be found in Chiang Mai and Bangkok, the heart of the monarchy.

In our opinion, you should choose where to go in Thailand not by city, but by the experience you want to take, because this is where special and unforgettable experiences are possible. We have listed the most specific activities for this purpose below. Still, we will briefly describe the cities.

PLACES TO VISIT BANGKOK AND AROUND

Bangkok – metropolitan life. It contains some of Thailand’s most important Buddhist heritage. It is also known for its markets. We’ve given all our tips in our Bangkok travel guide article.
Hua Hin: A holiday destination where the people of Bangkok prefer to escape on weekends due to its proximity to Bangkok, but it’s not an attractive destination if you’re not kitesurfing. There are resorts everywhere, neither beaches nor the sea are worth wasting time. However, if you’re traveling to Bangkok for two days on business, this is the best place to get away from it all.
Koa Sok National Park: What is the sound of a tropical national park safari with wild elephants and tigers?
Phuket – Antalya Thailand. These are the most popular beaches in the country, but although there are many pristine and unspoilt beaches, it didn’t appeal to us much. Because it was a very big and very special city. Station rows. It is also known for its nightlife.
Ko Phi Phi: An island descending from the sky with Leonardo di Caprio beach. The most famous island in the country. So today is Father’s Day. But there are also great things to do here. We’ll explain them all in our Phi Phi Island Guide.
Krabi – This is where the legendary Thai beaches were filmed on billboards and billboards. All the tourists coming to the country are also there. Still, people can find nice corners. Railay is the world’s most popular climbing point, with a sea of white sand and climbing walls. Although it is a peninsula, it remained an institution because it can only be reached by sea.
Pattaya – There is a brothel in Pattaya that we should definitely mention because it doesn’t deserve to be on this list, but unfortunately we can’t pretend it doesn’t exist because it is so popular. … we do not recommend doing this.

SOUTH-WEST THAILAND

There are different types of transport. You can take the bus to Phuket in the following order. But since many of them have little time, they skip Hua Hin and Khao Sok and fly directly from Bangkok to Phuket and there are many of them. You can go from Ferukort to Phuket to Ko Phi Phi, Krabi, Railay. Phuket – Phi Phi takes only 90 minutes by ferry.

NORTH THAILAND

To visit this area, you must first come to Chiang Mai. You have three options to get from Bangkok to Chiang Mai: a 70-minute flight, a 12-hour night train, or an 11-hour bus ride.

Chiang Mai: There is no sea here but in our opinion it is the most beautiful place in Thailand. Incoming tourists are much better than other places. It is also the friendliest place in the country. Also, Thailand is a great place to find activities ranging from cooking classes to elephant care. Some of the country’s most important Buddhist monuments can be found here. We say at least 2 days.
Pai – 60 charged. A quaint hippie town located in the forested mountains of Northern Thailand. There is a world famous motorcycle route that we recommend in the Activities section below. This is one of the stops on the route. 1 day is good. Our article on Pai’s guide will be of great help.
Mei Hong Son – The only reason you go to Mei Hong Son is to visit the Karen tribe, which is famous for taking the motorcycle route you mentioned and stretching their necks in a ring. Information can be found in the Actions section. This route and tour is also very enjoyable but otherwise there is no point in going to Mae Hong Son.

SOUTH EAST THAILAND

To reach the area, first fly to Koh Samui. He then travels to the islands by ferry. There are daily flights from Bangkok, Phuket and Pattaya.

Koh Tao: one of the most popular quiet islands. But of course there are also quieter and more unspoiled places. The best dive sites in Thailand. Also for diving training!

The legendary full moon party takes place in Ko Phangan. If you are under 20, the Full Moon Party may not be for you. You can find our thoughts about him in the activities section. Although not as ambitious as Hua Hin when it comes to kitesurfing, it is one of the most popular destinations in the country.
No Planning Suggestions: In our opinion, you start in northern Thailand and then start in southern Thailand and end in eastern Thailand. If you just want to use a plane; They fly from Bangkok to Chiang Mai, from Chiang Mai to Phuket, from Phuket to Koh Samui. Airline tickets but also for Turkey.

THINGS TO DO AT THAILAND EVENTS

If you want to read the article without going to Thailand, this should be the place to visit Thailand. It is not enough to emphasize this. In this article, you will discover the best things to do in Thailand and guide all your vacation plans. We also wrote about some of the experiences mentioned in this article:

Thailand’s most beautiful islands and beaches
Thai cooking lessons
The Mae Hong Son cycle is one of the most famous motorcycle routes in the world.
Chiang Mai Flower Festival –
The Karen tribe wears a metal ring around their necks –
Tham Lot cave –
Circus school
Volunteer Elephant Care
Plankton tower
Yeast bay

… We insist on reading more in the article.

Best season to travel to Thailand
Best time: November to March. Because the monsoon rains stop. The weather is perfect and the vegetation is in top shape. However, during the Christmas season it gets very crowded and expensive.

Not ideal, but good time: April – June and September – October. The weather is very hot, but at least it doesn’t rain. It’s good to have less people here.

THAILAND FOOD

We know not everyone likes it, but if you’re open to new flavors, Thai food is truly delicious in the world! The key is the balance between sour, sweet, salty and bitter, which are the four main elements of meals with strong spice and aromatic flavors. The main flavors are tropical fruits, curry noodles, rice dishes and seafood. Meals from Thailand that cannot be returned without meals; Pad Thai, curry (especially if you like spicy green curry), papaya salad, coconut milk banana, mango sticky rice

Adventurers can eat fried insects as snacks on the sidewalk here.

You can find our restaurant recommendations in every city guide.

Thailand Nightlife

Thailand is also famous for its beach parties, festivals and nightlife. The most popular event by far is the Full Moon Festival, which is held every full moon in Ko Phangan. Phi Phi and Koh Samui are other important party islands. This is the first choice of tourists. Of course, nightlife in big cities is very lively, especially in Phuket and the capital city of Bangkok.

PRICES AND BUDGET IN THAILAND

First of all, prices are different in Thailand. The capital, Bangkok, is the most expensive place. The second most expensive places in Phuket and Phi Phi. Pattaya is usually the same size, but we recommend not to include it in your itinerary as it is a resting place for those who climb the flat wall. Street food in Thailand is very popular and delicious among locals and tourists alike. There are no health problems in India. We recommend that even those with limited budget know this culture.

In Chaing Mai, Thailand’s most beautiful and cheapest place, we spent a total of USD 40 for 2 people + hostel accommodation for 3 meals a day. Do not make mistake. This budget is equivalent to the daily cost of a private room in an impromptu location with 3 meals a day for 2 people and a private bathroom. Tours and activities we visited are not included here.

In contrast, prices per person in Bangkok are roughly as follows:

$ – 1500 THB / $ 30-45 (accommodation: guesthouse / boarding house, meal: street food, transportation: public transport, entertainment: beer or two people included)

$$ – 1500-3000 baht / 45-85 dollars (accommodation: hotel, meals: food, transportation: motorcycle rental, entertainment: including parties and drinks)

$$$ – more than 3,000 baht / USD 85 (accommodation: in a boutique hotel, meals: in gourmet restaurants, transportation: car rental, entertainment: including day trips)

TRANSPORTATION AND VISA

TRANSPORTATION AND VISA TO THAILAND
Thailand visa is not required.

HOUSING

It is safe to stay in a guesthouse or 5 star hotel as cleanliness is a huge problem in Thailand. In some places things may be old but clean. Since Thailand has a very popular walking culture and is a tourist favorite, you will likely have lots of friends when you throw your bag in your hostel room. But it is difficult to guarantee peace and quiet in hostels located in party venues like Ko Phi Phi and Ko Pha Ngan. In reality, Anglo-Saxons come here to get rid of their lungs.

You can find our accommodation offers in this city in every article.

Love at first sight is unlikely for Montevideo. They should be surprised by their architecture, from European cities, from countries

Love at first sight is unlikely for Montevideo. They should be surprised by their architecture, from European cities, from countries in the Far East whose originality affects them, or to themselves like Cuba, “Is another world possible?” Your Montevideo tour will never be like this again. On the contrary, it is very likely that you will not find it very impressive the first time you see it. But then something strange happens, you start meeting people, talking, observing those around you. Then everything will change. They say, “Well, if I love this place for reasons other than stone, soil, museum or building,” they say. These phrases can be quite abstract if you haven’t set foot there yet. So let’s continue with our article on the order, system and Uruguayan people so that what we are talking about makes a little more sense. If you want to travel to another city while in Uruguay, you can also visit our Colonia del Sacramento travel guide, which we have added to our list of the most beautiful cities in the world. So we can praise Uruguay together.

The theme here is different, Montevideo Travel Guide kisses your hands!

When to go to Montevideo

If we look at this problem not only in Montevideo but also in Uruguay, the most important thing we need to know is that it is summer in our hemisphere in winter. Applying this contrast to all other seasons will make it easier to determine when is the right time to travel to Uruguay. Yes, our knowledge still works in primary school. Is it good to use?

Summer in Uruguay: It is very hot in Uruguay in December-January-February. You can even add November and March to this trio. As we visit the city during this period, we can provide accurate information, the temperature reaches 30 degrees during the day and can be unbearable in some places. However, in the afternoon the weather tends to be a little cooler and can last as long as you wear a wool coat. Therefore, we can recommend you to go during the summer months. We remind you that although the city is a little more empty, it is possible that many facilities have been closed since you left for summer vacation. If you’re determined to set foot in Uruguay at the time, head to Punta del Este, known as the “City of Holidays” in South America. When you get angry, “WHERE ARE THESE PEOPLE IN MONTEVIDEO?” You may say. Who is there.

Winter in Uruguay. There are rumors that Uruguay is always warm and sunny. Whoever touched upon the subject should come here and tell us as Master. There is no such thing, folks. In June, July and August, temperatures drop to 10 degrees Celsius, winters rise, summer holidays become HURARs (not a strange word), young Uruguayan people create hurricanes in their closets at the request of their mothers. From what we learned there, although the winters were not rainy and had a lot of daylight, the cold was quite strong due to its geographical location. For this reason, it is useful to choose clothes to wear.

Spring and autumn periods: split periods can be a good idea to visit Montevideo. It is best to bring an umbrella with you as the chance of rain is higher during these periods than in summer and winter periods. We said that the nights are a little cooler in the summer months and the intermediate nights can be cooler.

Montevideo Budget

Remember your friend above spreading the rumor that the weather is always nice in Uruguay? There is also a version available to all South American countries. We’ll find these two and talk like a teacher. Because there is no such situation. In fact, many travelers consider Montevideo an expensive city. We would like to elaborate a little bit on the budget so that you are not surprised.

For clarity, we are giving the currency in US dollars, not the Uruguayan peso.

Water: about 0.80 – $ 1

Main meal in a regular restaurant: $ 9-15 ($ 15 can be considered a giant steak)

Tea / coffee: about $ 2-3

Beer: $ 2-4

Single bus ticket: about $ 1.

Transport in Montevideo Uruguay

Getting to Montevideo

Check whether you’ve noticed, there’s no direct flights from Turkey to Montevideo. Therefore, if you think it will be a very long flight, you have to consider the not so bad docking options. At least get off the plane and go. At this point, you have a few options. If you say I’m not surprised, I know whether you will take a THY flight from the mainland to Buenos Aires and then go from Buenos Aires to Montevideo by sea bus. Having other airlines can take you to Europe and fly direct flights from any city to Montevideo. So, the choice is yours. If you take the water bus in Buenos Aires, the two main companies are Buquebus and Seacat. Some flights go directly to Montevideo, others stop at Colonia del Sacramento, another city in Montevideo, Uruguay. You can decide according to the time and price situation. If you say I have nothing to do with Buenos Aires and you want to go to Montevideo from another city in South America, you can travel to Montevideo with our favorite LAN Airlines.

Transport in Montevideo

Montevideo is a small city. Also, the places you visit and see are mostly close to each other. This allows you to easily explore places of interest on foot from each other. However, of course, there will be times when you will have to use public transport. At this point, it would be more convenient for us if we say that everything is fine in the transportation network and will run late.

Bus: You can go almost anywhere in the city by bus. You don’t need to be very clear about where to buy your tickets, as you can pay the driver when you get on the bus.

Taxi: Although there are taxi rumors in South America such as “don’t go up, all organs will disappear”, Uruguay is safer in this as it is in all matters. It is also convenient for you to use as it is absolutely inexpensive. It may be strange to have a window between a taxi driver and a customer, but we were rare because we were stuck inside. It is an application designed for the safety of the taxi driver and customer. He says it works and we’ll all get used to it.

Uruguay: Accommodation in Montevideo

Actually, you have two options to spend the night in Montevideo. You live in the city center, center or Pocitos area. As I said, this is a small town and places to visit, eat and drink are mainly spread over these two regions. We think it makes sense to be on the side of Pocitos, and there are several reasons for that. The first is the safest area in Montevideo. Yes, Uruguay can be considered the safest place among all other South American cities, but it is still more problematic than Pocitos at night because it is the most suitable area for tourist hunting. Second, restaurants and bars you might like are mostly concentrated in Pocitos. The residents of the center are full of tourists or close after a certain hour because the crowd goes to Pocitos and Rambla. Since transportation in Montevideo is very easy, you can always reach the center of Pocitos.

We stayed at Meritt Montevideo Apart & Suites, which we can call “the best of the bad” because we did not break the house rental tradition and could not find great options in Montevideo. This does not mean that it is the home of our dreams, but it has proven to be very successful in terms of location, transportation and hygiene. In addition to this, both apartments have their own balcony, as well as a beautiful roof terrace and a jacuzzi we suspect is a bit overwhelmed.

Montevideo Attractions

Places worth seeing in Montevideo are not on the permanent list. On the contrary, if you want to get to know the city only from a touristic point of view, you can do a lot in 2 days. Montevideo is my middle name… “You can sign a contract from November to November. If you want to know and love Uruguay, we would definitely go to its people, not to its stones, land, architecture, and museum, and we will always say it. After meeting his people, he doesn’t worry that Montevideo is unfortunately not that impressive. Just because we said that, it is clear that you will not manage to write a guide to Montevideo and a story about what to see in Montevideo.

Plaza Independencia MontevideoPlaza Independencia

In English, Plaza de la Independencia, Plaza de la Independencia, the heart and most touristic area of Montevideo. It can be considered that all tourists who are not very touristy in Montevideo are affected by a mysterious force. The most interesting building in the square is undoubtedly Palacio Salvo. Yes, we’re talking about this tall building (once the tallest building in South America) and excellent architecture. The building was designed as a hotel, but currently consists mainly of offices. The mausoleum in the middle of the square belongs to Artigas. Artigas is known as the national hero, ancestor and founder of Uruguay. His mausoleum was in the middle of the most famous places.

Considering that the square is one of the central points of the city, many of the city’s main major streets naturally lead here. One side leads to Avenida 18 de Julio, which can be considered the main street of the city, and the other to Sarandí, where you will likely fall several times. If you walk down the street in Buenos Aires, you will see Teatro Solís, the oldest and most important theater building in Uruguay.

For breakfast and lunch, you can choose Café Jacinto in Sarandi 349. You can also exchange money at Sarandi points.

When we return to talk about food and drink in Montevideo, don’t forget to visit Estrecho in Sarandi 460. The restaurant only opens between 12:00 and 16:00 and the menu changes every day. There are a lot of people here and there are no decorations on the table, you sit on stools and have a quick snack. Good local environment, you like it.

Constitution Plaza

Another square you will enter while walking from Plaza Independencia towards Sarandí is Plaza de la Constitución. Make no mistake, it’s also called Plaza Matriz. The old people usually sit on benches in the middle of the green area, we will not hide the street musicians who bring joy to the environment and yes we love the homeless Uruguay in the corners. The most striking structure of this square is of course Montevideo Cathedral. If you are interested, you can go inside and take a walk.

Torres Garcia Uruguay

If you are keen on meeting Uruguayan artists like us, you will discover that Torres García is one of the most famous before taking to the street. Since he is a world-famous artist, we had the opportunity to know his other works in other countries beforehand, but we came here with great excitement as we did not have a special museum for him. The museum is not that big. We think it has 7 floors, but only 3 floors are used as exhibition space. Unfortunately, you won’t be able to understand Garcia’s life stories, as there are no audio guides or explanations in English. We think it is worth visiting. In addition to his abstract works, do not miss the episode where he works with portraits of famous thinkers, people and artists who have left their mark on history!

-Address: Sarandi 683 is open from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

The place frequented by names such as Café Bacacay, Eduardo Galeano and José Mujica on Bacacay street in front of the museum. You can talk to the cafe owner without hesitation, tell us which table Galeano is always sitting on, memories of Mujica etc. Told. He is a very sweet and talkative person. Mujica usually visits him once or twice a week and often with his wife. He sat in the corner and buried himself in the newspaper, but especially when he was president, many people came to speak and interview with him and did not send anyone. How do I dislike this Ulan? But. By the way, you might think of a cafe as a cool place when you mention these names, but that’s not the case, it’s a faceless cafe.

Uruguay National Museum of History

If you want to learn about Uruguay’s history like we do, visit the National History Museum. However, you are likely to find many addresses. You will be confused trying to find out who to meet by asking people around you where the museum is. You will find that people are even more confused and you will stand up as a result. To prevent this from happening to you, we did this for you, but we didn’t give up and managed to find out which is the main building, Casa de Rivera! Entrance to the museum is free, but the situation here is even sadder, there is nothing in English in the museum. So they stay and “Who could this brother be?” They argue. If you want to see and speak Spanish, please tell us what happened and what not when you get back.

Montevideo Rambla

Rambla is the name of the Montevideo beach. It actually covers a very large area, it can be said that it surrounds Montevideo, but the part that is particularly appreciated by the public can be regarded as part of Ciudad Vieja, that is, not far from the old town. Here you will find many people who run, slide, go on a matinee, take a walk during the day, and are very active in this area. If you go to Pocitos, you will reach the part of the Rambla where people swim, sunbathe and feast on the beach. If you are interested, here you will find the Montevideo course, where you can climb left and right and take pictures. The Pocitos side of Rambla is also very active at night. Live youth groups, and eating ice cream out of the family together, of course, Turkey will be a dark part of the south, pleasant atmosphere.

We do not recommend you to go to very dark and desolate areas of this place. Because there are so many drunk and homeless siblings here, especially at night. Anyway, the police are usually in the crowd.

Small

Pocitos is known as the “upper part” of Montevideo. It is clear that there is not such a crazy abyss as that of Uruguay, but we cannot say that it does not exist yet because there is an uncontrolled class division everywhere. This is one of the most logical places in terms of accommodation and night time. While the water doesn’t look very attractive, Pocitos is where people swim, sunbathe and play volleyball on the beach. Therefore, it can be said that it is more active, especially in summer.

Travel to Montevideo While ready to go to Montevideo;

You can visit two museums of contemporary art, Museo Arte Contemporáneo and Museo Nacional de Artes Visuales, where we cannot spare time despite our great interest.
You can stay in Parque Rhodo, one of Montevideo’s largest city parks. We walked like this, it has a beautiful lake, you can rent a boat or something.
You can visit the Palazzo del Parliament, which is impressive with its architecture, and say, “Wow, we didn’t take any security measures while entering here, it’s Halal.” Guided tours are also offered if you are interested.
When you go shopping in Montevideo, you are desperate for the Montevideo Mall and the whole city. While we were there, we visited Forever 21. Because you must be a white girl in your 20s.
We could not attend, we would appreciate it if you leave a comment. Uruguay Municipal Library National Library, Av. 18 years old according to Julio.

Brazilian Coffee: are you coming or going here? Eduardo Galeanos, Mujica is gone, gone, okay? Apart from this part of the work, the environment is beautiful, the food is delicious and there is no sweeter alternative than lunch in the center. Don’t forget to look at the pictures on the wall!

Tandori: Tandori is definitely one of the best options in town, especially for dinner. Don’t worry, you don’t need to eat meat anymore. And a quick note: Book as late as possible to avoid eating at leisure.

Bar 62: Whatever you do at night, whatever you do, Bar 62 is a good choice. The only problem is that there are always lots of people here and most of the waiters pretend to speak English, but actually speak a mixed language. You may have to wait a long time to find a place.

Le Fleur: Good cafe near Porto Market. The hosts are a lovely couple, let’s say they understand you, sit and talk for hours when it gets dark, you know. You can also have an afternoon coffee or beer in the cafeteria.

Being part of the Balkans in Eastern Europe, Bulgaria is a country that has been attacking tourism in recent years with its impressive mountains, beautiful beaches and unspoilt towns in the Western Black Sea. Located at the crossroads of Europe and Asia, Bulgaria is a country that combines the legacy of the communist era with vibrant modernity and a unique style.

For some reason I liked Bulgaria, where those who left us do not get too warm and talk about good things. My travel to Plovdiv, Sofia, Haskova and Rhodope was enough to love this country. The beautiful and peaceful country of Bulgaria combines stunning landscapes, countryside tranquility, peaceful life and delicious food in its small area. Greener and safer than we expected.

It is time for a trip that I have planned for almost 4 months to come. We are going on a 25-day tour. Our first stop is Mexico City, our second stop is Oaxaca for the Day of the Dead, our third stop is the Yucatan Peninsula and finally Cuba. You can reach my detailed travel articles about all stops from my blog. I also share my instant stories To my Instagram profile I bolted. So you can get more details from there.

We went with Turkish Airlines, which made a direct flight from Mexico City to Mexico City, and returned to Istanbul directly from Havana. Since Air France tickets, which are the most suitable alternative for this journey, are not cheaper than the tickets we bought, we have never had the chance to find a different alternative to an alternative aircraft. I tried to explain our detailed adventure region by region. But first, some things that interest me in Mexico City.

Some Mexican Facts That Surprise Me

The streets are bright in 20 million Mexico City. While thinking about how, we learn that throwing garbage on the ground is a money item. Please apply immediately, too.

It’s fine, but people are also clean. Every morning, the shops are washed with detergent water to the streets. After a while, we started to be afraid that we would have a detergent.

Free internet is available in many parks and busy streets. The speed of the internet that you log in easily is also good. While traveling in the same places, our phone started to automatically receive notifications.

All museums are free on Sundays. It is free for tourists as well. It might be a good idea to quickly look at those who are not particularly sure that there is a very crowded crowd.

Some streets are closed to traffic and open to pedestrians and bicycles on Sundays.

The metro built in 1969 stands in the same way. There is a very good but very old subway network in the city. Some trains and stations have no ventilation and are very crowded.

Especially in Mexico City, almost nobody speaks English You should trust Google translate and body language.

The country seems to have stayed 20-30 years ago. Everything from music playing in venues and streets to shops took us to our childhood.

Instead of automatic washing machines and dishwashers, machines with old type boilers are sold, very strange.)

Get ready to see plenty of vosvos and old cars. The economy is bad but the hearts are one.

It really depends on the Mexican culture and has not yet come under the same effect of globalization. I hope it always stays like this.

As you know, as the food culture is very developed, you will find great food on the streets.

Where Did We Go In Mexico City?

Plenty during our stay for transportation metro We use. Although it remained the same as it was done in 1969, we had problems with ventilation and crowd, but we preferred human traffic over never-ending vehicle traffic.

Taxi use is quite common and not very expensive. If you say be more reliable uber but there is a cheaper option than that CabifyIt was almost half cheaper at the times we looked. It’s best to install and follow both.

As we are going to drive a car, we recommend everyone tellcell We received a contoured package from. We used this 26-day package comfortably throughout the entire trip.

Frida Kahlo Museum

The most iconic name of Mexico is definitely Frida Kahlo. The house he lives in has been turned into a museum and opened to visitors. We waited 2 hours at the door to enter the museum, which we queued spontaneously half an hour before its opening.

You have to buy tickets online and go, because it is highly unlikely that the queue will come to you. Entrance to the museum is 230 MXN per person (Mexican Peso), you also need to pay an extra 30 MXN to take photos inside

Anyway it is absolutely worth it for this house full of gorgeous garden and Frida’s belongings and works. There is also a cafe where you can spend time in the garden. When we left, another area had been added to showcase their clothes, but it could be temporary. Since there are no more than a certain number of people at the same time, you are not struggling with too much crowd inside, but this may affect your waiting time at the door.

Teotihuacan

Aztec city, which you can reach with a journey that takes about 1 hour from Mexico City. It is famous for its two huge pyramids. Moon Pyramid and Solar Pyramid It is open to visitors so that you can climb if you wish. I suggest you do your research before you go because the explanations in the ancient city are very poor. In addition, since there is no woodland and greenery, it is compulsory to visit with a hat and water.

The entrance fee is only 75 MXN and it is open from 08:00 in the morning. You should spend at least half a day here. It is useful to snack in the bag. We went from the city by public transport and the trip was very enjoyable. If you wish, you can reach here with daily tours. For those who want to go, the transportation is as follows:

Getting to Teotihuacan

Take the metro and get off at Autobuses del Norte station.

Cross the road and enter the bus station.

You can get your ticket from the box office that says “Pyramids” right next to the entrance door no 8 on your left.

Buses departing every 20 minutes leave you directly opposite the entrance door.

The round trip ticket costs 104 MXN about 5 dollars. Buses are air conditioned and very comfortable.

When you exit door number 2 and cross the road, you will see a bus stop sign. From here you can take the return bus and return to the bus terminal.

This is a delightful Mexican market where you can find both souvenirs and food. Prices are fine but bargaining is possible. We bought many of our souvenirs from here and realized that we made a good choice as we continued to travel in Mexico. We found the daily menu and the English-speaking waiter in the middle of the restaurant

Coyoacan Neighborhood

Frida Kahlo’s house is located in the Coyoacan neighborhood. Thus, when you leave the museum, you have a chance to visit this region. Be sure to spend time here, because it should definitely be seen with Coyoacan architecture. You can spend a day here with its coffee shops, market places and pleasant places.

Mercado de la Merced

This was the least favorite market place in Mexico. It was like the Mexican version of the evening dresses in İzmir Kemeraltı. Outside the market where traditional clothes are sold for boys and girls, it is full of textile products that you won’t want to buy. Of course, it can be tried for a different experience.

Mercado Artesanal Mexicano

Another pleasant market place in Coyoacan. One of the stops where you can find souvenirs unique to Mexico.

Templo mayor

When you go from the right side of Zocalo, you can see the ruins of Templo Mayor. Instead of going inside, we chose to go to the cafe opposite and watch the coffee while drinking.

Palacio de Bellas Artes

When the entrance to the museums was free on Sunday, I immediately plunged into the Palace of Fine Arts. In the museum, where classical and modern works of art can be seen together, there is a wide selection such as painting, sculpture, and photography. It takes your hours to visit in detail, but definitely stop by, it’s a very nice museum.

Diego Rivera Mural Museum

The only work worth seeing in the museum, which I am very happy to see on a free day, is a 15-meter mural work by the artist in 1947. Sueño de una tarde dominical en la Alameda Central (Dream of a Sunday Afternoon in the Alameda Central)

Chapultepec

A huge park in the middle of Mexico City. It has everything from the lake to the buffets. It is a beautiful area but its only problem is that it has too many benches. We couldn’t understand much from the vendors’ buffets and noises. My favorite area was Auditorium. In the forest, classical music plays in a closed area with rocks and trees. You can spend time comfortably on the benches or borrow books from the table. The only rule is to be silent. Stop by for 15 minutes to relax.

Mercado Roma

The Roma quarter is one of the younger parts of Mexico City. We said to come to this region on a rainy evening and spend time in Mercado Roma in the Food Market concept. Although it looks like a small version of Time Out Market in Lisbon, unfortunately it did not please us as an experience. The hamburger we ate was very ordinary, even the worst things we ate in Mexico. Although the environment is not bad, it will not please you if you have seen much better. Of course there are restaurants, bars, ice cream shops.

Museo Nacional de Antropología

Take half a day to the huge museum that separates all civilizations living in Mexico from time to time. In the museum I like very much, you can see the traces of many civilizations from the Aztecs to the Mayans and see how much more civilization is hosting Mexico.

While walking towards Chapultepec Angel of IndependenceWe wanted to see, but we haven’t seen much since it is under renovation.
Alebrijes is the name given to the brightly colored Mexican folk art sculptures of fantastic creatures. Pedro LinaresThis art, which started by seeing and drawing hallucinations about a forest full of brightly colored animals during a febrile illness, has become one of the traditional arts of Mexico.
Places we would like to go again in Mexico City

El moro

We couldn’t have had a better start to Mexico City. On the first night we had to sleep in the hotel lobby when our plane got off early, when we asked if there was a restaurant nearby, we learned that there was a 24-hour El Moro around the corner. At 7 in the morning churro and hot chocolate It was very good to start the day with. Of course we went again, because it is really beautiful. Since it is always crowded during the day, you may expect to wait in line but it is worth.

Bazaar El Sabado

We just got off the road and slept for a few hours at the hotel, we had to logically walk around and take a light tour. But since it is only open on Saturdays, we jumped on the metro and came to El Sabado and we did very well.

As we walked towards the market, we passed through a botanical park and were fascinated. Bazaar El Sabado is one of the most beautiful markets in Mexico. We drank coffee in a magnificent courtyard and dived into Mexican culture with live music. When we say Mexican embroidery, La Catrina figures, jewelery, wrestler masks, food and drink stands, treats, we passed by ourselves. An amazing market, you should definitely stop by.

Los cocuyos

There is also a 24-hour taco buffet, but there is no seat in front of it. The most important feature is making all kinds of offal. If you do not eat offal like me, you will not realize that it is written in the list in Spanish brains and kidneys. Tacos are really delicious in the buffet, which also includes red meat.

Pastelería Ideal

At a time when we were not familiar with Mexican pastries, we dived into Pasteleria Ideal. My perception was broken when I saw that it is the largest pastry shop and hundreds of varieties I have ever seen. Everyone was traveling with huge trays filling their tops.

You are already lost between cakes, breads, pastries, cookies and so on. It is a great place to have breakfast in the morning and take a snack in your bag. But as we traveled in Mexico, we realized that there was such a patisserie culture.

The House of Tiles

House of Tiles, where we decided to take a chance when we escaped from the rain and liked to eat inside, was one of the most famous places to visit in Mexico City. It can be very enjoyable to go inside and eat in this beautiful setting.

Taqueria la auténtica

There was a series called Taco Diaries on Netflix. Both different taco types and restaurants were introduced. This was one of the addresses I saw and recorded from there, but I did not like it very much. I don’t think you have to go especially.

Mexico City impressed us more than we expected with both its culture and energy. When we saw the people living on the streets, we were sad and remembered how everyone got covered and became afraid of the streets. We hope that we understand that the main problem is not the economy and we regain our old joy.
